About us

From Vision to Reality, With Sai Baba's Blessings.

Nanga Shri Sairam Charitable Trust, founded by M. Nathiya, is a distinguished non-profit organization based in the picturesque town of Ooty, Tamil Nadu. This Trust is driven by a profound spiritual vision, inspired by a divine experience at the Shirdi Sai Baba Temple on January 15, 2024, which deeply moved Dr. Jaganathan.

This experience not only strengthened his faith but also ignited a fervent desire to create a sanctuary for Sai Baba devotees. Thus, the Nanga Shri Sairam Charitable Trust was born, with a mission to construct a Sai Baba Temple and serve the community through various charitable activities.

Our Mission

The mission of Nanga Shri Sairam Charitable Trust is to construct a grand Sai Baba Temple, providing a serene space for worship and spiritual growth. Additionally, the Trust is dedicated to community service, focusing on providing food, clothing, and medical assistance to the underprivileged, supporting education for children and facilitating community development projects. By embodying Sai Baba’s teachings of love, compassion and selfless service, the Trust aims to uplift the lives of the less fortunate and foster a strong, supportive community.

The vision of Nanga Shri Sairam Charitable Trust is to create a spiritual and communal haven where individuals can seek solace, guidance, and inspiration from the teachings of Sai Baba. The Trust aspires to build a temple that stands as a testament to Sai Baba’s teachings of love, compassion, and selfless service. By fostering a strong sense of community and spiritual growth, the Trust aims to enrich the lives of devotees and residents of Ooty and beyond.

Objectives of Nanga Shri Sairam Charitable Trust

The primary objectives of the trust include:
Constructing the Sai Baba Temple

The core mission is to build a temple that reflects the sanctity and teachings of Sai Baba. This temple will be a place where devotees can gather, pray, and find spiritual solace.

Promoting Spiritual Education

The temple will host regular spiritual discourses, meditation sessions, and workshops to disseminate Sai Baba’s teachings and promote spiritual education.

Cultural and Social Activities

The temple will also serve as a hub for cultural and social activities that align with spiritual growth and community well-being. This includes celebrating festivals, organizing art and cultural programs, and fostering a sense of unity and harmony among the devotees.

Fundraising and Support

The Nanga Shri Sairam Charitable Trust launched a series of fundraising initiatives to garner support from devotees and philanthropists. These initiatives included:

  • Donor Programs: Offering various donor packages that allow individuals and organizations to contribute towards the construction and maintenance of the temple. Donors are recognized through plaques and commemorative events.

  • Charity Events: Organizing events such as charity dinners, cultural programs, and auctions, with proceeds going towards the temple project.

As we move forward, we remain guided by Sai Baba’s principles of love, compassion, and selfless service. We invite all devotees and well-wishers to join us in this sacred mission, to contribute in whatever way they can, and to be a part of this divine journey towards spiritual growth and community service.

May Sai Baba’s blessings be with us all as we embark on this noble endeavor to create a haven of peace, love  and spiritual enlightenment.
